These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between AG Channel Co., Ltd. (“Company”) and users regarding the use of BACKSTAGE (the “Service”).
The Service provides AI-based character chat and related features. Responses generated by AI may be inaccurate and are for reference only; users should not rely on them without verification.
Users create an account via social login (Apple, Google) or email. Users are responsible for managing their account credentials and may not transfer or lend their account to others.
Certain features (e.g., the in-app currency “Ruby”) may be offered for a fee. Payment and refunds follow in-app notices, applicable laws, and the policies of the app marketplace you use.
Intellectual property rights in the Service and its content belong to the Company or its rightful owners.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company limits its liability for damages arising from the use of the free Service. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI responses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be brought before the competent court.
